E! News wasn’t impressed with Mischa Barton’s cut-out dress she was spotted wearing in the UK recently.
I’ve seen worse, but I have to agree that this dress doesn’t do much for Mischa. On the bright side, Mischa is looking a lot better these days, whether or not she is wearing fashionable clothing.
Adam Brody, (Seth Cohen on The O.C.), will round out the cast of Scream 4, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Brody will portray a cop fresh out of college who will be assisting in the Scream murder investigations, and I’m sure, provide a little Cohen-style comic relief.
Original cast members returning to the newest installment of the Scream franchise from director Wes Craven includes Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette.
Others joining the cast include Marley Shelton (Death Proof), Anthony Anderson Allison Brie (Community), Marielle Jaffe (Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief), Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella (Make It or Break It, The Beautiful Life) and Erik Knudsen. Also planning to make an appearance are Lauren Graham (Parenthood, Gilmore Girls) Mary McDonnell (Battlestar Galactica), Hayden Panettiere (Heroes) and Emma Roberts (Hotel for Dogs)
Scream 4, currently in production, is scheduled to be released on April 15, 2011. Can you believe that it’s been 10 years since Scream 3? According to the Scream 4 IMDB page, it’s a “New decade. New rules.”
O.C. Connection: Nico Tortorella played in the CW’s short-lived 2009 fall drama The Beautiful Life with Adam Brody’s O.C. co-star Mischa Barton.
Mischa Barton was spotted leaving an office building in Los Angeles June 23 while chatting on her cell phone.
Mischa was wearing yellow heels, a floral tank and blue jean shorts. Though the tag for this Pacific Coast News picture mentions “celllulite,” I think Mischa looks pretty good here. Recent photos have shown that she is toning up all over, especially in her leg area, so why does cellulite need to be mentioned?
Okay, I love Mischa Barton in this dress. For me, she always seems to have hits and misses and I’m usually for 50 percent of what she wears and 50 percent against what she wears. This is one of the winners in my opinion.
I love how the dress flows and I like the black sash at her waist.
Mischa was arriving at the Amfar Cinema Against Aids 2010 Gala in Antibes, France on May 20.
Southland star Benjamin McKenzie (The O.C., Ryan Atwood) was spotted on the red carpet looking handsome in a nice suit at the TCM Classic Film Festival’s gala opening night world premiere of the newly restored film ‘A Star Is Born’ at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on April 22 in Hollywood, California.
Filming for Southland should be starting soon with new episodes to air in January 2011.
Mischa Barton is full of surprises. On Tuesday, Mischa was spotted modeling Rosa Clara’s latest bridal collection for 2011 at the Fira 2 Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain.
I think Mischa looks really amazing in these photos. Her up do is gorgeous and look how sleek her arms and shoulders are thanks to her recent exercise regiment.
I truly love this sleeveless wedding dress and I think Mischa does a good job of making it look extra beautiful.

I’ve always loved Peter Gallagher. And on The O.C., he was awesome as Sandy Cohen. Since then he’s also played a role on Californication.
Now it appears Gallagher has a recurring guest star role on a new USA series Covert Affairs which will make its debut in July. The show looks a little like Alias, but that’s okay, because I liked that show too.
Covert Affairs stars Piper Perabo (Coyote Ugly), Christopher Gorham (Ugly Betty, Harper’s Island), Gallagher, Kari Matchett (Invasion), Sendhil Ramamurthy (Heroes) and Anne Dudek (House, Mad Men).
Here’s a synopsis for the new show: New jobs are tough- especially when your new employer is the CIA. Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) is fluent in six languages, has traveled all over the world and is besting her fellow CIA trainees in every test, but that doesn’t explain why she’s suddenly summoned by CIA headquarters to report for active duty as a field operative a month before her training is over. What she doesn’t know is there may be something-or someone-from her past that her CIA bosses are really after. With the help of Auggie Anderson (Christopher Gorham), a tech ops expert who was blinded while on assignment and is Annie’s unofficial guide to this inscrutable world filled with intrigue, danger, and bureaucratic red tape, this quick study won’t be kept in the dark for long.
My thoughts? I love USA shows such as In Plain Sight, Burn Notice and Royal Pains, so this show will fit right in. I like Piper Perabo and I loved Christopher Gorham in Harper’s Island. I think this could be really good.
I love watching Benjamin McKenzie (Ryan Atwood, The O.C.) on his new show Southland. So I am thrilled that TNT decided Monday to renew Southland, with a third season featuring 10 episodes to return in January 2011.
Yes, I still miss The O.C. tremendously, but I don’t mind seeing a grown-up Benjamin McKenzie wearing his sexy policeman uniform either.
In fact, in the last episode or so of Southland, his character officer Ben Sherman was finally getting some action with a fellow female cop. Earlier in the second season, he tried dating, but it never seemed to work out. And his social circle of friends don’t get cop work and how emotionally affecting it can be, so dating was hard. A cop that can relate seems to fit him best for now, though they are hiding their relationship for the time being. They haven’t alluded to how serious or not serious the relationship is though. But I can wait to see more.
